FAQS:

Do you ship internationally?

Yes I do, international shipping is $15 and can take 1-4 weeks to arrive once shipped. If you are unsure, please contact me through my instgram or through the contact form on my website.

Do you ship to the UK?

Due to the new tax laws, I can no longer ship to the UK for an item purchased through my website. I can ship custom pieces to the UK when purchased through PayPal or similar. You can order a custom piece when I have a custom update (next update: tba).

How long will it take to ship my order?

Pre-made items typically ship between 2 days and one week after purchasing. Shipping times are variable, and once sent, can take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks to ship within the United States. International shipping can take 2-4 weeks to arrive. I only ship through USPS. I am not responsible for shipping delays after the package has been placed in the mail.

If you need your item within a certain timeframe, please let me know in the notes section when purchasing, and I will do what I can to speed up the shipping time. I can upgrade USPS shipping speed for an increased cost.

Custom and made-to-order pieces will typically take between 2-4 weeks to be made. If you would like a more accurate estimate of delivery date, let me know when purchasing.

Do you do customs/commissions?

I do make custom items, though I only accept new customs through my custom updates. My next update is tbd. 10 customs spots will be available through my website. Customs are $50 minimum. I can recreate most of my designs, and I will work with you to ensure the style, gemstones, and metals are exactly what you like!

Each custom and made to order item takes lots of care and patience to get just right. I typically have a handful of customs that I'm working on at any given time. Please be patient as I make your item.

I really like a ring I saw on your instagram/TikTok. Can I order that one from you?

Each piece I make is unique and there is usually only one available at a time. The exception is made-to-order items.

If a piece is not available on my website, then it is likely sold. I can recreate almost any piece as a commission, however my customs aren't always open and you may have to wait for the next customs update to place your order.

Can you hold an item for me?

In order to be fair for everyone, I cannot hold or reserve any item without a down payment. If the piece you want is already sold, I can make it again for you as a custom piece.

Do you do payment plans?

I do accept payment plans for orders over $100. This applies to both custom orders and items in my shop. I require a 50% down payment for most payment plans. The exception for this is higher-end pendants, where I will accept a 35% down payment. This payment is non-refundable for custom orders once the custom has already been created.

Can I return an item if I don't like it?

Returns are usually not accepted, though I may make exceptions for damaged or misrepresented goods if I am at fault. There are no returns for custom items, and customs can only be refunded before I start working on them. If you are unhappy with an item that you purchase from me, please reach out to me and we can find a solution. I expect my pieces to last, so if your pieces breaks or the stones are damaged, you can send it back to me for repairs.

What type of wire do you use?

Most of my pieces are made with sterling silver wire. I use a combination of square, round, and half round wires of various sizes. I also use copper and/or 14k gold filled wire. The specific types of wires used can be found in the description of each piece.

Are your crystals genuine?

All of my crystals are genuine, natural crystals unless stated otherwise. Some stones such as topaz, sapphire, and smoked opal are treated in some way to alter the color, which is a typical practice in jewelry making and enhances the natural beauty of the stone. I will always disclose if the stones are lab-created or treated. I get my stones from both in-person rock shops and sellers on instagram. If you are new to jewelry-making and are looking to obtain some gemstones, I recommend looking on etsy or finding small business crystal sellers on instagram.

What is oxidation? Does my piece have to be oxidized?

Oxidation is a process that "ages" or "antiques" a piece, usually made of silver or copper. These metals naturally tarnish with time and wear. The oxidation process speeds up this tarnishing to give the metal a darkened look. Typically after oxidizing, I polish the piece so that the high points are restored to their original shine, but the oxidized color persists in the grooves. I choose to oxidize most of my creations, as I think it brings out the accents/details of a piece. However, you can request that a piece is not oxidized if you prefer. You can also undo the natural oxidation process by soaking the piece in a mixture of baking soda and COLD water (some gemstones like opals cannot be submerged in hot or warm water).

Do you use any glue to keep the rocks in place?

Nope! No glue, just wires holding the rocks.

I have a piece that you made and the metal tarnished/part of it broke/a gemstone cracked/fell out! Can you replace it?

Though I do my best to ensure the longevity of my pieces, some of the wires/gemstones may become loose with wear. Metals such as sterling silver and copper will oxidize and turn dark over time. I am happy to make small repairs such as replacing gemstones, polishing, or otherwise fixing it up. I only ask that you pay for shipping to send the item both ways (typically $8 total). If the piece is majorly damaged or needs significant repair, I may charge you for the time it takes to repair it and/or for replacement gemstones.
